Abstract: Se propone el diseño arquitectónico de un Hospital Oncológico Pediátrico como solución a la demanda pública de salud en el Perú. El hospital se encarga de brindar soporte en la evaluación médica, diagnostico, medicación, terapia y rehabilitación de niños y adolescentes hasta los 17 años, brindando un servicio especializado en pacientes pediátricos.
El diseño se plantea como respuesta a la relación entre la arquitectura y el énfasis arquitectónico "Neuroarquitectura". El objetivo es mejorar las habilidades cognitivas y sociales de los niños mediante la creación de espacios cerrados y abiertos basados en conceptos de neurociencias.
El objetivo principal de la propuesta es garantizar que los usuarios pediátricos con alguna enfermedad oncológica en el país puedan acceder a un centro médico especializado en sus necesidades, logrando generar una mejora en la experiencia sensorial, visual, perceptiva y en la estadía de los pacientes, mediante el uso del diseño arquitectónico y el impacto que produce ubicarse en un espacio acogedor y armonioso.
The architectural design of a Pediatric Oncology Hospital is proposed as a solution to the public demand for health in Peru. The hospital is responsible for providing support in the medical evaluation, diagnosis, medication, therapy and rehabilitation of children and adolescents up to 17 years of age, providing a specialized service for pediatric patients. The design is proposed as a response to the relationship between architecture and the architectural emphasis "Neuroarchitecture". The goal is to improve children's cognitive and social skills by creating closed and open spaces based on neuroscience concepts. The main objective of the proposal is to guarantee that pediatric users with some oncological disease in the country can access a medical center specialized in their needs, generating an improvement in the sensory, visual, perceptual experience and in the stay of the patients. through the use of architectural design and the impact produced by being located in a welcoming and harmonious space.
