Objective: Determine the level of health-related quality of life in adults with chronic conditions treated at the Túpac Amaru health center, Independencia – 2023. Materials and methods: The research had a quantitative approach, assuming a descriptive/cross-sectional design. There were 140 adults with chronic conditions, from the health establishment in question, who applied the SF instrument - 36. Results: of the population surveyed, 37.80% have a very high quality of life, 28.70% have a high quality, 27.20% have an average quality of life, 4.20% have a low quality of life and 2.10% have a very low quality of life in relation to health. adults with chronic conditions in said health facility. Conclusions: That the level of quality of life of patients with chronic diseases has a very high percentage of quality of life and continues to be high, indicating that there is still a very low level of quality of life related to health; concluding that this study highlights the need for prevention and management strategies for chronic diseases to guarantee greater well-being in the premature adult population.
