The objective of this research was: To describe the relationship between operational supervision and substandard acts and conditions in a 2022 mining company. Carrying out this research seeks to give due importance to this RACS Management tool – Report of Acts and Substandard Conditions, covering all operating procedures in a practical way with a degree of simplicity considered for all collaborators, focusing on risk management. descriptive because we will present the characteristics of both variables to observe their behavior. The relational level quantitative approach methodology was used, non-experimental research design. Population 48 workers and the same intentional sample 48. Results: 50% disagree that supervision values safety more than production. R Pearson 0.192, which indicates the low incidence of the actions in the operations carried out by the workers of the mining company. 74% of those surveyed say that supervisors file reports on time. 31.2% affirm that the immediate response, R Pearson (0.98) indicates the low incidence of the speed with which the responses of managers are given before reports of substandard acts. Pearson's R medium high 568, which indicates that the line of supervisors strives for all employees to have a high level of safety in the face of risks and therefore takes everyone's opinions into account. About 75% totally agree.
