In this thesis, we present the study, synthesis, fabrication, and extraction of alternative organic materials to be used in the industry for the manufacture of transparent flexible conductive electrodes, photoluminescent materials with the ability to form nanopores and natural pigments whose chemical properties can be exploited in an organic light-emitting device. Thus, by reducing the graphene oxide supported on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) through the centrifugal coating technique, which was processed in hydrogen iodide vapor solution, flexible and transparent electrodes with good electrical conductivity were obtained, as a result of the chemically modified graphene sheets adhered to the support substrate, and owing to the versatility of this carbonaceous material, its photoluminescent properties, and the structure it forms when exposed to an environment under normal conditions were studied, obtaining materials whose photoluminescence emission value (k emission) was 568 and 634 nm and whose shapes when left to dry in the environment adopted almost flat and nanoporous structures. On the other hand, investigating natural materials that can be applied in luminescent devices currently cataloged as BioLicht, the natural pigment of ayrampo, whose purification process requires innocuous solvents, as well as other natural materials such as Vitamin C, was investigated in depth. The molecule isolated as a result of this process was 2'-O-apiosyl-6'-O- crotonic acid-betanine (Achkiy) which showed a photoluminescence reaction to UV light. To test the electroluminescence of this biomaterial, a system of organic interlayers whose energetic levels transport the positive and negative charges to the HOMO and LUMO of Achkiy was designed, with which it was achieved that the Achkiy thin-film emits a luminance of 4.8 cd/m2 when a voltage of 16.5 V and a current of 34.1 mA was applied, thus demonstrating the electroactive performance of this molecule contained in the ayrampo pigment and whose light emission reaches irradiance values in the blue region a color that currently many synthetic materials have difficulty to emit in an OLED.
