The Evaluation of the Pavements of the runway of the Pisco Airport, has the purpose of knowing the state of the pavement in terms of its structural and functional integrity to propose alternative technical solutions, for which it began with the collection of information and later carry out the analysis of results. In the present work, the functional and structural evaluation of the pavements of the runway of the Pisco airport is developed using the methodology described by the International Civil Aviation Organization - ICAO and the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA. In the first instance, the geotechnical studies carried out in previous studies were reviewed using test pits and diamonds to know the physical-mechanical properties of the existing strata, later these data were used to perform the calibrations of the thicknesses in each stratum, which have been obtained with the Georadar measurements (GPR); and with it, obtain the thicknesses defined for each component of the runway and carry out the modeling in the Elmod 6, COMFAA and FAARFIELD Software. The value of the Pavement Condition Index (PCI), according to ASTM D5340- 2020 for the runway is 56 for rigid pavement and 58 for flexible pavement, values that correspond to the qualification as “Acceptable“; however, for this evaluation, the recommendations of the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA in its research program developed through the Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) are taken as a reference, where it recommends performing Corrective Maintenance and rehabilitation. The Boeing Bump Index (BBI) for the runway reaches an average value of 0,222, a value that is considered “Acceptable“ according to FAA advisory circular AC 150/5380-9; the values were obtained with the Laser Profilometer (RSP) equipment. The structural behavior of the pavement-subgrade system, in general the deflection results are found at 1500 microns, considered “Acceptable“, according to the Horak parameters, obtained with the Impact Deflectometer (HWD). The Pavement Classification Number - PCN was calculated for the runway, according to FAA advisory circular AC 150/5335-5C is PCN 51/F/B/X/T, for flexible pavement and PCN 59/R/B /W/T, for rigid pavement; these were obtained using the COMFAA software. Regarding the remaining life and recommendations of the advisory circular AC 150/5320-6F, the result is VR > 20, considered in good condition, these were obtained with the use of the FAARFIELD software. The longitudinal and transverse load transfer show average values of 71 % and 88 % considered according to advisory circular AC 150/5370-11B “Acceptable“, these data were generated with the Impact Deflectometer (HWD).
