This document supports the possibility of installing a geothermal power plant from a feasibility point of view. The different types of viabilities have been evaluated, finding that there are no impediments that stop the project. The location must be close to the geothermal resources that Peru has, so it has been decided to settle it in the Casiri - Kallapuma region, in Tacna Region, since there are geothermal manifestations in said area. Regarding the size of the plant, it has a capacity of 6.11 MW. Economy of scale is applied to this design, integrating identical systems to the plant that generate the same power. This reduces the investment costs of the exploratory drilling phase. Based on a high-level estimate, the choice of technology is based on an economic, environmental and potential social acceptance analysis. Binary technology is chosen. The design, simulation, P&ID, layout and three-dimensional model of the plant were carried out. It is estimated that there is 1 production well for every 6.11 MW installed. Thanks to the type of technology used, a binary geothermal plant, environmental emissions are zero. The income from carbon bonds and electricity sales has been evaluated in this work. It is concluded that the installation of the geothermal plant is profitable based on an economic - financial analysis. Different scenarios of investment in wells are assumed, be it the costs in the exploratory drilling phase and the costs of production wells and reinjection wells. In addition, scenarios of support from the State were considered. All the scenarios analyzed are profitable for a plant life of 30 years, with the preferred base scenario being that of a plant of 18.34 MW. For this base case, the investment is 51.74 MM USD, the Financial Net Present Value is 19.14 MM USD, the Finantial Internal Rate of Return is 26.62 % and the payback time is 3.8 years.
