The Hot Mix Asphalt Production Plants are essential to produce asphalt mix, which is essential for asphalting and repairing roads for the circulation of land transport vehicles (people and cargo). The Loreto Region has an asphalt production plant. The dismantled plant was transferred to the new location, at Km 4.200 of the Iquitos-Nauta highway, in the Province of Maynas, Loreto Region, with the urgency of reassembling it for prompt start-up to meet the local demand. The Current research work, the Assembly of a Hot Mix Asphalt Plant is analyzed to reduce the reinstallation time. Describing the problem to reinstall the Plant in the shortest time, for which two assembly sequences are proposed to determine with which sequence the shortest possible period is obtained. The study is located in the Mechanical Assembly of the systems that make up the Hot Mix Asphalt Plant. The tools used to determine assembly times are: “Expert judgment“, Pert-Cpm Critical Path, the PMBOK guide (Fifth edition), concluding with the analysis of the results, the conclusions and recommendations for future assembly of hot mix asphalt plants that are fundamental for the road development of a Region or a city.
