This professional sufficiency report details the design of a network operation center to decrease the recovery response time for corporate nodes for an internet service provider, everything related to the proper management of the network is analyzed, starting from this, the work focuses on the development of a platform for the monitoring and management of this network. This platform is based on free software in its entirety and is designed to be modular and adaptable to support possible improvements. divided into four chapters. In chapter 1 A brief description is presented in the introduction of the topic to be designed of a network operation center, the problem of the project is also shown, the general objective and specific objective that is seen in the design of the topic, and finally we see the background that it presents according to the topic studied with each author as a reference. In chapter 2. The theoretical framework and the conceptual framework of the design of the service of visualization of the network operation that is used in the design is realized. Everything related to the subject is carried out; detailing the variables: independent and dependent. Each sub-topic concerning the network operations center is also detailed. In chapter 3 The development of the project for the design of a network operations center is carried out, with the functionalities of the system, the approach of the architecture of the network operations center, characteristics of the configuration monitoring software (Viewtinet) and the monitoring of the advanced network. In Chapter 4 The design of a network operations center for corporate nodes is evaluated and analyzed, in which the corresponding parameters are entered for each case of the design and then the results obtained that were subjected to an analysis describing the behavior of the infrastructure in operation are carried out. Finally, in this Chapter 5. The conclusions and recommendations obtained during the project of professional sufficiency of qualification are presented.
