Gestión del área de desarrollo de producto en confecciones

Abstract

El presente informe de trabajo de suficiencia profesional para optar por el título de ingeniero textil se ha realizado en 4 capítulos, en cada uno de ellos se ha recopilado información sobre la gestión de desarrollo de producto en confecciones en la empresa TEXGROUP, basados en la metodología 5S y la filosofía KAIZEN. En el primer capítulo se describieron los datos generales de la empresa, línea de productos, cultura organizacional, organigrama funcional de la empresa, normatividad empresarial, sistema de seguridad industrial y gestión de impactos ambientales. En el segundo capítulo se detallaron los cargos y funciones desarrolladas como bachiller, responsabilidades señaladas en el manual de organización y funciones y personal a cargo. En el tercer capítulo se describieron la actividad técnica y la formación profesional, conocimientos técnicos de la especialidad, planteamiento de la realidad problemática de la actividad, antecedentes referenciales y objetivos de la actividad, cálculos, resultados y aportes técnicos, análisis de resultados, evaluaciones y decisiones tomadas. Finalmente, en el cuarto capítulo se analizaron las discusiones, las contribuciones a la empresa, las conclusiones y recomendaciones. Para la elaboración de los cálculos, resultados, análisis, conclusiones y recomendaciones se realizaron estudios en base a los reportes de la empresa en los meses de enero, febrero y marzo del 2018.

This work report of professional sufficiency to opt for the title of textile engineer has been carried out in 4 chapters, in each of them information has been compiled on the management of product development in clothing in the company TEXGROUP, based on the 5S methodology and the KAIZEN philosophy. In the first chapter, the general data of the company, product line, organizational culture, functional organization chart of the company, business regulations, industrial safety system and environmental impact management were described. In the second chapter, the positions and functions developed as a bachelor, responsibilities indicated in the manual of organization and functions and personnel in charge were detailed. In the third chapter, the technical activity and professional training, technical knowledge of the specialty, approach to the problematic reality of the activity, referential background and objectives of the activity, calculations, results and technical contributions, analysis of results, evaluations and decisions made. Finally, in the fourth chapter the discussions, the contributions to the company, the conclusions and recommendations were analyzed. For the preparation of the calculations, results, analysis, conclusions and recommendations, studies were carried out based on the company's reports in the months of January, February and March 2018.
