Servicio de seguridad ciudadana bajo una propuesta integral de intervención en el distrito de Chaclacayo de la provincia y departamento de Lima

Abstract

La presente investigación analiza la problemática del inadecuado y limitado acceso al servicio de seguridad de la población del distrito de Chaclacayo, debido a la falta de una propuesta de intervención integral. Esta falta de propuesta de intervención integral se refleja en la alta cantidad de inversiones formuladas por la Municipalidad distrital de Chaclacayo en el marco del Sistema Nacional de Programación Multianual y Gestión de Inversiones, lo que implica la existencia de intervenciones parciales, duplicadas y/o fragmentadas. En ese sentido. al plantearse una propuesta de intervención integral para la prestación del servicio de seguridad a través de un Proyecto de Inversión se determinará la mejora y ampliación al acceso del servicio de seguridad a la población del distrito de Chaclacayo, la cual tendrá más tranquilidad de movilizarse en dicho distrito, repercutiendo de manera positiva en su calidad de vida.

In this sense, when proposing a comprehensive intervention proposal for the provision of the security service through an Investment Project, the improvement and expansion of the security service access to the population of the Chaclacayo district will be determined, which will have more peace of mind. to mobilize in said district, having a positive impact on their quality of life.
