Mobile operators have wireless networks with 2G, 3G and 4G LTE technologies for the provision of mobile services, with the constant increase in data traffic, operators have been looking for solution to increase the capacity of their mobile networks and have a technology that uses a lot more efficiently the radio spectrum is the path they are following. In October 2020, the MTC (Ministry of Transport and Communications) discovered the modification of the National Frequency Allocation Plan to promote the use of new technologies. The present sufficiency work includes the development of the design of a 5G NR (New Radio) network with NSA (Non-Stand Alone) architecture in order to guarantee the capacity of the wireless access network and the quality of mobile services provided to users of the city of Lima, complying with the standards of the 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project).
