The present Thesis focuses on the analysis of the P&O MPPT algorithm, in the different single-stage DC-AC Double Active Bridge Series Resonant (DABSR) converters on an array of solar panels (PV) connected to the single-phase grid because most studies in the area of power electronics focus on two-stage converters. The inefficient problem studied is the influence of the low-frequency ripple at twice the grid frequency, on the DC current on the MPPT controller. It is common to find a large bank of electrolytic capacitors to reduce power ripple. However, the lifetime of the converter is reduced and it generates faults in the system, in addition to requiring oversizing in the design of the magnetic circuits (inductor and transformer high-frequency). The solution proposed in this work consists of adding a third in series port to the DABRS DC-AC converter, which allows decoupling the time-variant single-phase power, said port is called active filter, thus obtaining a more attractive and compact converter for the industry, with greater durability and optimal sizing of the magnetic circuit. Finally, after decoupling low-frequency ripple, it is proposed to design a multiport converter to integrate solar panels and batteries, with the single-phase grid in a single conversion stage. For each converter proposed in this Thesis, its design, sizing, modulation, and control strategy are analyzed, which are validated through simulation in PSIM software.
