The variability of metal prices generates the need for mining companies to control costs and make processes more efficient; by increasing production volume and managing costs, which are related to productivity. The purpose of this sufficiency work is to increase the productivity of hauling equipment, this will be achieved by reducing the hauling cycle time; which is represented by the Delta C indicator, which is the difference between the theoretical and real time of the hauling cycle. The hauling cycle is made up of the following stages: empty trip, shovel waiting, packing, loading, loaded trip and unloading. In this sufficiency work, it will be focused on the waiting stages in the shovel and unloading, for them information was collected in the field on the conditions of the loading area and the primary crushers. With all the information obtained, the statistical analyzes will be carried out and a comparison will be made between two scenarios where it can be observed that the Delta C of delay in shovel and discharge obtained after the information collected in the field will be lower than the Delta C without previous field information. The reduction of waiting times at the shovel will be achieved by assigning appropriate priorities and uses in the Shovel module of the dispatch system to obtain an appropriate forward speed, prior knowledge of the conditions of the loading area. Discharge times at crushers and dumps will be reduced by assigning the appropriate capacities to each discharge point in the dispatch system location module. It is also important to mention that the times of square, empty trip and loaded trip will be reduced by carrying out constant maintenance of tracks in the loading area and the haulage routes with the support of auxiliary equipment, this information is supported by the operators of equipment of haulage. To reduce the loading time, it will depend on the condition of the mining front, these times will be minimum if the shovel works on a front with an operating width of 80 meters and the material is granulated, this means that the fragmentation must be optimal, this information is backed by loading equipment operators.
