Hotel 4 estrellas en la ciudad de Iquitos

Abstract

El Proyecto Hotel Cuatro Estrellas en la Ciudad de Iquitos, ubicado en el departamento de Loreto, provincia de Maynas, distrito de Iquitos, se emplaza en la zona monumental de la ciudad que contiene una variedad de edificios considerados Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación. El terreno se encuentra en un área de gran potencial, a tres cuadras de la Plaza de Armas, sobre el cruce de la vía Antonio Raimondi y la vía Loreto, que remata hacia el río Amazonas con la plaza Ramón Castilla. El edificio presenta una arquitectura que trabaja de manera amigable con el entorno, satisfaciendo las necesidades de los clientes. Este tipo de arquitectura, denominada bioclimática, tiene una gran influencia a nivel mundial en la actualidad y fue considerada para el diseño del hotel cuatro estrellas para contrarrestar los proyectos que no tienen ni buscan tener una relación con su contexto, ni se centran en mantener el confort ambiental dentro de sus instalaciones; por ello, el presente proyecto considera soluciones tecnológicas de carácter bioclimático para obtener un confort ambiental, térmico, acústico y lumínico que considere, además, el ahorro del agua y la electricidad, pero para hacerlo óptimo previamente se realizó el análisis del clima y sus incidencias dentro del edificio. Este análisis permitió considerar las estrategias para lograr que ese confort deseado sea óptimo. El diseño del hotel se basa en la cultura kené, busca resaltar la esencia de la selva peruana, se caracteriza por sus componentes bioclimáticos enfocados en potenciar las estrategias pasivas y proponer estrategias activas aplicando tecnología moderna, además, se centra en el bienestar de los clientes, brindándoles áreas de descanso y confort. El edificio se compone de tres fachadas: la primera es monumental y sobria, remarca la verticalidad; la segunda es una fachada curva orientada hacia la plaza Ramón Castilla; y continúa una tercera fachada paralela al río. Estas dos últimas poseen un diseño tropical con balcones y jardineras. Su desarrollo interno consta de un semisótano y cuatro niveles, y por reglamentación, hacia la fachada monumental, se consideran tres niveles y la fachada hacia el río llega hasta cuatro niveles. El nivel de semisótano está conformado por el área de servicio, las áreas de almacenamiento, sistemas de abastecimiento y los estacionamientos del hotel. En el nivel 1 se encuentran ubicados el ingreso, los espacios comunes como el comedor, la administración y la zona corporativa salas para eventos. El lobby cuenta con una vista permeable hacia la plaza Ramón Castilla. Además, el eje distribuidor es un patio central de cuádruple altura, con un diseño kené, un muro verde, un estanque artificial y jardineras; los espacios superiores se disponen e integran visualmente en torno a este. En los niveles 2 y 3 se distribuyen las habitaciones de tres tipologías diferentes, además de zonas de servicio complementarias. El nivel 4 corresponde a la zona recreativa con una piscina temperada, gimnasio, sauna, entre otros. Finalmente, se considera un techo ligero, curvo, de vidrio y madera que protegerá el patio interior y al mismo tiempo permitirá la iluminación y la ventilación cruzada natural. En adición a la propuesta arquitectónica, se contempla una propuesta urbana complementaria con el fin de conectar el malecón Tarapacá y la plaza Ramón Castilla, e integrar el río Amazonas al recorrido turístico. Esta propuesta espacial y urbana está dirigida principalmente a atender el sector turismo y beneficiará tanto a los visitantes como a los propios habitantes de la zona, promoviendo la revaloración de su espacio urbano y la conservación del patrimonio natural y cultural de Iquitos.

The building will present an architecture that will work in a friendly way with the environment, satisfying the needs of the clients, this type of architecture called Bioclimatic, currently has a great influence worldwide. It was considered in the design of the four-star Hotel to counteract projects that do not have or seek to have any relationship with their context, nor do they focus on maintaining environmental comfort within their facilities, therefore our project considers technological solutions of a bioclimatic nature, to obtain environmental, thermal, acoustic, light comfort, which also considers saving water and electricity, but to make it optimal, previously we had to perform the climate analysis and see what incidents it had on our building, this analysis allowed us to consider strategies to achieve that desired comfort is optimal. The design of the hotel is based on the Kené culture, it seeks to highlight the essence of the Peruvian jungle, it is also characterized by its bioclimatic components based on enhancing passive strategies and proposing active strategies applying modern technology, it also focuses on the comfort of its clients, providing it with rest areas and comfort. The building is made up of three facades, the first is monumental and sober, it highlights the verticality, a curved façade towards Plaza Ramón Castilla, and continues towards a third parallel to the river; the last two have a tropical design with balconies and planters. Its internal development consists of a semi-basement and four levels, and by regulation, towards the monumental façade, three levels are considered and the façade towards the river reaches up to four levels. The semi-basement level is made up of the service area, storage areas, supply systems, and hotel parking lots. On level 1 are located the entrance, the common spaces such as the dining room, the administration and the corporate area, rooms for events. The lobby has a permeable view towards Plaza Ramón Castilla. In addition, the distribution axis is a central quadruple-height patio, with a Kené design, a green wall, an artificial pond and flower boxes; the upper spaces are arranged and visually integrated around it. On levels 2 and 3 the rooms of three different types are distributed, as well as complimentary service areas. Level 4 corresponds to the recreational area with a heated pool, gym, sauna, among others. Finally, a light, curved, glass and wood roof are considered that will protect the interior patio while allowing natural lighting and cross ventilation. In addition to the architectural proposal, a complementary urban proposal is contemplated in order to connect the Tarapacá boardwalk and the Ramón Castilla square and integrate the Amazon River into the tourist route. This spatial and urban proposal is mainly aimed at serving the tourism sector and will Benefit both visitors and the inhabitants of the area, promoting the revaluation of its urban space and the conservation of the natural and cultural heritage of Iquitos
