Currently, in the construction industry of Peru, the lack of quality control in building construction projects still persists, although this should be considered essential, since today it is vital to have a reliable, resistant and structurally safe building, because Peru is in a zone of seismic activity. The objective of this work is to describe how the implementation of a quality control to the structural part of a building project should be developed. This is done from the planning stage to the closing stage of the project, which will be very useful to those companies or people who are dedicated to the construction of building projects and who want to implement quality control. Thus, the present work develops in its first chapters the quality control planning of a building project at the level of four important aspects: construction processes, materials, monitoring and measurement equipment, and non-conforming products; For which, the necessary quality control documents and tools were defined and elaborated, such as: procedures, plan of inspection points, control formats and quality matrices. Then, the implementation of quality control is developed; detailing to what extent the quality plan has been executed for the four aspects raised, as well as what the results have been obtained in each of the aspects. The results obtained in each of the aspects show that the quality control has made it possible to verify and ensure that the project requirements at the level of the four important aspects have been met. It has also made it possible to detect and correct deviations or non-compliance generated in the project execution stage, with the sole purpose that the final result, which is the Building Project, meets all the requirements at a structural level.
