Since I graduated from FAUA-UNI I was lucky enough to join the office of CGN architects (Cooper Graña Nicolini architects; 1992-1999) who were my professors in the faculty and in which I had the opportunity to participate, in the development of projects architectural styles of various kinds, which over time cemented my vision of architecture according to the concepts that were handled in the office and which were fundamentally rationalism, functionality, structural clarity, geometrically regular, with austere shapes, without ostentation, simple architecture. but of high quality with a lot of emphasis on the design and development of architectural-constructive details. I consider my time at CGN architects as formative, a continuation of what I learned in university classrooms and that today, years later, I still continue to apply whenever I face a job. As predestined by life or destiny, the jobs in which I participated the most and developed were both single-family and multi-family homes of different sizes, although I also supported institutional projects, competitions, education, security. Then I joined TAG (Technology, architecture and management; 1999-2002) office dedicated to the development of large housing complexes and urban renewal, led by Architect Miguel Monge Sánchez. Those were the years of political transition in Peru, of change; the beginnings of real estate development, very little regulation, low normative and legal experience that changed with the appearance of the RNE (National Building Regulations), which has placed us with a roadmap that is the one that is now being followed. From 2003 onwards and until today the professional practice takes place in partnership with fellow architects who have had the consideration for me to contribute their knowledge, experience and trust for the development of joint works.
