The literature has come to demonstrate that the increase of the inter-ramp / global angle in final slopes in open pit mines generates a decrease in the stripping ratio which translates into a greater contribution of ore and a possible increase in the life of the mine in its final stage. This slope steepness technique was applied in the ABC mine during the year 2019, it was specified with data between the months of January to August, these being mainly: real topographies at the end of the month, ore polygons and dismantling of the ABC mine. Topographies are processed in SLIDE 6.0 software to find the slope safety factor. For the calculation of mineral tones and disassemble in the different alternatives, select the Q'pit software, for the realization of sections and plotting, select the software MineSight ® 8.10 for the calculation of the economic benefit in the comparative analysis of VPN, IRR and B / C. The project was completed without any stability problem on the slope, where the static safety factor in the sector with the highest steepness is above 2.33, and after the application of controlled rock blasting, the economic benefit was increased by 1.3 million dollars measured Through the VPN, the IRR increased by 9% and the B / C by 49%.
