Mejora del sistema de gestión de seguridad aplicando metodología de las 7 características de los líderes mundiales en seguridad para reducir los accidentes en el área de mantenimiento de la U.M. El Porvenir, Pasco, 2019

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada “Mejora del sistema de gestión de seguridad aplicando la metodología de las 7 características de los líderes mundiales en seguridad para reducir los accidentes en el área de mantenimiento de la U.M. El Porvenir, Pasco, 2019”, tiene como objetivo mejorar el sistema de gestión de seguridad y reducir los accidentes aplicando las 7 características de los líderes mundiales en seguridad en el área de mantenimiento de la U.M. El Porvenir, haciendo uso como tipo de investigación aplicada porque se va a validar el conocimiento teórico para mejorar el sistema de gestión de seguridad, con un nivel de investigación descriptivo ya que en un inicio se describe como era el sistema de gestión de seguridad antes de implementar la metodología además de correlacionar porque se va a medir el grado de relación entre las variables, es decir cómo influye la metodología de las 7 características de los líderes mundiales en seguridad en la mejora del sistema de gestión de seguridad, el diseño de investigación es no experimental del tipo transversal y subtipo correlacional. No experimental porque se observa la realización de los 7 comportamientos para luego ser analizado; transversal porque se recopilo datos, se describe las variables y se analiza la interrelación entre las variables y correlacional porque la variable independiente de reducción de accidentes ocurrió en el momento del uso de la metodología. Se hace uso de los instrumentos de investigación como formato de Evaluación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad donde se describe cada uno de los 7 comportamientos de los líderes mundiales en seguridad para identificar el progreso de desarrollo de la metodología y la proyección estadística hasta fines de año 2019. Teniendo como muestra a 131 colaboradores incluyen gerencia, supervisión y trabajadores del área de mantenimiento de la U.M. El Porvenir. Y como resultado se tiene la mejora del sistema de gestión de seguridad pasando de etapa Básica a Infrautilizado, con la reducción del número de accidentes.

This thesis entitled “Improvement of the security management system by applying the methodology of the 7 characteristics of the world leaders in security to reduce accidents in the maintenance area of the U.M. El Porvenir, Pasco, 2019 ”, aims to improve the safety management system and reduce accidents by applying the 7 characteristics of the world leaders in safety in the maintenance area of the U.M. El Porvenir, making use as a type of applied research because theoretical knowledge will be validated to improve the security management system, with a descriptive research level since initially it is described as the security management system before implement the methodology in addition to correlating because the degree of relationship between the variables is going to be measured, that is, how the methodology of the 7 characteristics of the world leaders in security influences the improvement of the security management system, the research design is non-experimental of the transversal type and correlational subtype. Not experimental because the performance of the 7 behaviors is observed and then analyzed; Transversal because data is collected, the variables are described and the interrelation between the variables and correlational is analyzed because the independent accident reduction variable occurred at the time of the use of the methodology. The research instruments are used as an evaluation format of the Security Management System where each of the 7 behaviors of the world leaders in security is described to identify the progress of the methodology development and the statistical projection until the end of the year 2019. With 131 employees as a sample, they include management, supervision and maintenance of the UM maintenance area Future. And as a result, there is the improvement of the security management system from Basic to Underutilized stage, with the reduction of the number of accidents.
