This study develops the technical economic analysis of the mineral transport system in order to reduce extraction costs per ton transported, through an adequate selection between trackless system and fixed transport systems such as raise boring, locomotive and shaft. A massive mining such as sub-level stoping, generally the underground mines decide to increase production, before this reality an analysis is proposed to determine the best alternative obtaining high productivity of the resources. The unit of analysis and data collection was carried out in the city of Lima, Oyón province, in the Uchucchacua mine specifically the zone Socorro Alto on tajo 6189 during the period 2019. Currently Uchucchacua has three mines in operation: Socorro Bajo, Socorro Alto and Huantajalla, whose production is extracted through the Luz and Master shaft. The exploitation methods used are ascending cut and fill and sub level stoping in the Bench & Fill variant, both mechanized with low profile equipment. The ore is transported by rails through locomotives and mining cars to the loading areas of the shafts and to the concentrator plant. The main access to the mining areas is via a descending ramp. The sterile material is recirculated as filling to the stopes and the surplus is transported to the sterile pile.
