The present study aims to determine the level of risk associated with dysergonomic risk factors, which are exposed to maintenance workers of green areas of the National University of Engineering during their work. The study was carried out at the three green area maintenance jobs: 14 workers in the gardener's job, 01 worker in the supervisor job and 01 worker in the tanker driver job. The research included: A diagnosis of safety and health at work, where the LEST method was used for the analysis of working conditions, the IPER method and finally the Nordic questionnaire was used for the perception of musculoskeletal discomfort; For the evaluation of dysergonomic risks, the qualitative methodologies were used: RULA for postures that demand work in the upper limbs of the body and REBA for the postural effort of the whole body; In addition, for repetitive movements and load handling, the JSI methodology and the Ergo IBV software were applied respectively. Likewise, for the evaluation of the task of loading sacks with weeds to the point of collection, the multiple link coplanar static biomechanical model was used, which allows estimating the compression force in L5 / S1. In addition, these evaluations have been complemented with the use of a questionnaire for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risks at Work ISTAS21 CoPsoQ. The result obtained from the diagnosis of safety and health at work, it was found that gardeners present a level of strong discomfort in the physical load due to load handling activities, postural load and brief repetitive movements during their work, it was also found that the Grass cutting and tree pruning activities pose significant risk. In the Nordic Questionnaire, 93% of gardeners present musculoskeletal discomfort in the lumbar area. From the dysergonomic risk assessment, it was found that postural load presents moderate to high risk. From the ergonomic evaluation with the support of the IBV software, unacceptable risk levels were determined when handling cargo. On the other hand, in the results of the Biomechanical criterion, evaluations that exceed the limit of the compression force in L5 / S were determined. Finally, in the risk assessment of psychosocial factors, they present unfavorable levels in the factors of insecurity and esteem. According to the results obtained, it is recommended to implement preventive measures according to the levels of dysergonomic risk found to reduce them in order to avoid health problems of the maintenance workers of green areas of the National University of Engineering.
