In the development of this report, the necessary electrical activities to be carried out during the execution of the project are shown, which were divided into three stages, the first stage called “Temporary storage“ that includes the engineering development Works for the commissioning systems grounding and lightning protection systems for the storage area. The second stage called “Recolections“ that includes the work of interference identification, recolocation of power and control electrical conductors, relocation of the sectioning board, among others, and finally in stage three, it includes the work of mounting the cable trays, laying the conductors to the MCC (engine control center) and the sectioning board, disconnection, removal and disassembly of conductors for the electrical work of the ball mil stator. The applicable norms and / or standards for insulation resistance tests, very low frequency (VLF) test son conductors, as well as for the ordering of conductors in cable trays are briefly explained. The results of these electrical tests carried out during the development of the project are also shown. In addition, it briefly explains the methodology for conducting heat-shrinkable or heat- shrinkable Raychem HVT terminations for cables above 5 kV and its importance in using it in construction work. The requirements regarding the management of safety risks in the electrical work to be carried out are also presented. Finally, the recommendations are presented to take into account during the execution of construction work to change the ball mil in concentrator plants in mining units.
