The issue of traffic congestion is common in today's cities, but the inclusion of new travel attractors on the existing road infrastructure turns them into collapsed infrastructures that generate the beginnings of a slow disease that will lead to urban death. The objective of this thesis is to find the main elements and components that must be analyzed so that travel attraction centers can be articulated with sustainable urban mobility. The methodology used to achieve this is the application of these components to the travel attractors, before making radical changes in a road infrastructure that is already in use and without the possibility of much variation. The results of the user calculations, the number of vehicles needed to mobilize them, the analysis of the busiest hours, and the comparison with the capacity of the road, tell us that we can improve sustainable urban mobility to improve quality life of residents, users and population passing through the road infrastructure under study. The conclusions of this thesis indicate that travel attractors are articulated with sustainable urban mobility through the main elements or components studied, and the work of each of them contributes to the improvement of the study area and the quality of life of the communities people who act in this area, for which a new regulation is recommended, at the local government level, that uses the existing regulation and is complemented by the inclusion of the elements or components studied here.
