Abstract: El proyecto de tesis ‘’Escuela Empresarial y Oficinas en Villa El Salvador’’ se enmarca dentro de una intervención urbana con equipamientos diversos. La tipología del edificio responde al análisis de la situación actual de las empresas y su relación con la formación educativa.
La concepción espacial y funcional del proyecto surge de las nuevas tipologías contemporáneas respecto al ámbito educativo y de oficinas. Es por eso que el área de la Escuela Empresarial contiene espacios flexibles que incentivan al aprendizaje e interacción activa. El sector de oficinas ha sido diseñado bajo los conceptos del coworking y de la boutique, enfocadas en la micro, pequeña y mediana empresa.
El proyecto plantea espacios urbanos exteriores para la interacción y el encuentro espontáneo a través de una plaza pública con actividades comerciales que potencian la vida de esta parte de la ciudad.
De acuerdo a las características descritas se entiende que el proyecto de arquitectura responde adecuadamente a su contexto físico y temporal.
The thesis Project ‘’Business School and Offices in Villa El Salvador’’ is part of an urban intervention with diverse equipment. The typology of the building responds to the analysis of the current situation of companies and their relationship with educational training. The spatial and functional conception of the Project originates from the new contemporary typologies regarding the educational and office environment. That is why the Business School area contains flexible spaces that promote learning and active interaction. The office sector has been designed under the concepts of coworking and boutique, focused on micro, small and medium enterprises. The project raises outdoor urban spaces for interaction and spontaneous encounter through a public square with commercial activities that enhance the life of this part of the city. According to the characteristics described, it is understood that the architecture project responds appropriately to its physical and temporal context.
