The management of knowledge in the feedback of productivities allows store, classify and disseminate the knowledge generated in the executed projects of earth movement in a particular way and of various construction projects in a general way. This feedback is essential for the study and / or execution of new projects, as it is part of the documented experience of a construction company. This study was carried out in a Peruvian construction company, which manages knowledge in all the areas that make up its organization. Specifically, it worked with the knowledge generated, stored and disseminated in the budgeting area and in the operation area. The information of three projects studied in the budgeting area and the information of the same that were generated by the operation area during their execution were taken. From this information, four main processes of earth movement, the cutting and loading of loose material and loose rock, the pushing and loading of fixed rock, and the transport of granular and surplus material were analyzed. The way the information on the aforementioned processes is stored in the budget area and the operations area are not similar, because they have different structures. The first has stored the information at the productivity level in the items and sub-items and the second one stores the information at the level of control items that prioritizes cost control over the productivity information. The present investigation regroups in a logical way the data from both sources of information, so that they can be comparable to allow feedback. This ordering allows us to identify the variation in productivity between existing and new knowledge, and this information is converted into data that allow the feedback of productivities in the studied processes. At the conclusion of this research, it is verified that knowledge management in the areas of budgets and operations, allows the feedback of productivity in earthmoving works of a Peruvian construction company.
