In this research work was carried out in the district of Moquegua, province of Mariscal Nieto, department of Moquegua; in order to verify and guarantee the correct operation of the measurement transformers of the Moquegua Substation 220 kV Substation of the Quellaveco project prior to commissioning the substation. The research work was applied, with a quantitative approach, descriptive level, non- experimental design and deductive method. With a population that was made up of all the areas of the MOPA project that are outdoors, where there is the probability of an eventual atmospheric discharge. Electrical and dielectric tests (Insulation Resistance, Transformation Ratio and Polarity, Saturation Curve and Inflection Point, Secondary Winding Resistance and Insulation Power Factor) were used using the OMICRON brand CPC 100 multifunctional test equipment, with serial number LJ473T and a Megohmmeter. The results obtained from the tests carried out on current and voltage transformers were analyzed according to international standards such as ANSI/NETA ATS (2017), IEC 61869-2 (2012), IEC 61869-5 (2011), IEC 60076-1 (2011), IEC 60044-7 (1999), IEC 60044-8 (2002), IEC 60358-1 (2012), IEEE C57.13 (2016), IEEE C57.152 (2013) and FAT tests (Factory Acceptamnce Test). It was deduced that both the current transformers (TC-2773 and TC-2774) and voltage (TT-2642 and TT-2643) comply with the reference standards.
