This work presents the main general concepts of electrical stability, as well as their divisions and classifications, where the operating conditions of an electrical power system are developed, which are relevant in the studies of rotor angular stability, voltage and frequency. For frequency stability studies, it is necessary to know equipment such as frequency regulators, as a result, mathematical modeling of various dynamic components such as speed regulation system, synchronous machine and hydraulic turbine. It is necessary to model these teams to be able to design their respective controllers. This work also presents the fuzzy controller and the conventional PID controller, as well as the respective adjustment. After modeling the frequency regulator, the hybrid PID-Diffuse controller is designed, previously designed the PID control. The simulations of the frequency regulation systems without a controller, with a PID controller and with a PID-Diffuse controller, were carried out using the Matlab-Simulink computational tool in the continuous time domain, the responses of which were investigated and discussed in the present work.
