An efficient recovery of mining resources from an underground gold deposit is very important in regard to increase the gross margin therefore the profit over earnings of a mining operation with an acceptable operation risk. It should be also noted that throughout2020, the gold as commodity accumulates an increase of more than 30% in the value’s gold sale’s price, in comparison with 2019, in addition to this, product of present uncertainty caused by covid-19 which different stock exchanges have been affected, in this context, gold is quite favored, becoming a safe asset in relation to prices of dollar and interest rates, both of them described lately have a negative correlation with metal’s price. This generates further moments of great volatility and uncertainty in capital markets, this is a reason why qualified investors always prefer to migrate from uncertain markets to safer assets. A principal aim of this report is to optimize these recovery factors through the innovation of a complementary underground mining method for the recovery of pillars in mantle type gold deposit, it should be mentioned that mineralized deposit was previously exploited with the method of rooms and pillars. The financial-economical-technical approach aims to correlate the percentages of recovery mining with the security ratios and the financial-economic ratios in order to validate the proposed method. The data, statistics, graphs, tables and attachments correspond to northern area of UEA La Poderosa, a concession belonging to Campania Minera Poderosa S.A, with a small hydraulic filling plant that was implemented for supplies the hydraulic fill to empty spaces of previously exploited areas, having finally a positive impact in the percentage of the mine’s recovery.
