With the development of high-performance digital data acquisition systems, it will improve the analysis of the efficiency of the electrosumergible pumping unit (ESP). The Well Analyzer and the Complete Well Management (TWM) program will allow the acquisition of data from load and acceleration transducers in order to obtain simple or advanced analysis. You can select this mode from the main menu of the Analyzer by entering the desired option and entering the necessary information according to the characteristics of the transducers that will be used. This program will allow firing an acoustic pulse, digitize the echoes coming from the well and store the data in the computer's memory for further processing and determine the depth of the liquid level. In addition, the pressure of the head of the casing is recorded every 15 seconds (if a pressure transducer is connects to the Well Analyzer) to determine if the gas is flowing with the liquid towards the well The Well Analyzer can be used successfully in all possible applications in different countries. This equipment is designed to provide the capacity to process data from wells where unusual conditions exist such as very shallow liquid levels, partial obstructions in the annular, pipe in poor condition, short pipe joints, etc. Normally, the computer and the program locate the liquid level and then process the echoes of the junctions which are between one and two seconds to obtain the rate of the junctions.
