This report consists of the description of the existing basic sanitation systems, analysis of the causes and effects found in the population of the NATIVE COMMUNITY OF NUEVO MUNDO, which for the base year has a population of 893 inhabitants. For a correct technical approach to the project, the source study and the water quality study were developed, these studies determined the feasibility of access to the liquid element through the projected drilled well and the hillside springs: Miguel, Antonio and Reynaldo. As selected sources. The projected drinking water supply system includes three independent hydraulic systems, called the Nuevo Mundo System, the Selva Verde I System and the Selva Verde II System. For the projection of the population throughout the optima! design period (20 years), an arithmetic population growth rate of 3.30% was selected for all systems. The new world system will use the water from the Miguel hill spring, through a catchment structure that in tum will act as a cistern. The water will be transported to the projected elevated reservoir (REP-1) of 30 m3 by means of a 90 mm diameter HDPE impulsion pipe. In tum, the water pumped from the projected drilled well will be driven through a 75 mm diameter HOPE pipe to the projected 15 m3 elevated reservoir (REP-2). The green jungle system I will use the water from the Antonio hill spring, through a collection structure that will in tum act as a cistern. The water will be transported to the projected elevated reservoir (REP-3) of 8 m3 by means of a 50 mm diameter HOPE impulsion pipe. The Selva Verde II system will use the water from the Reynaldo hillside spring, by means of a catchment structure that in tum will function as a reservoir, from where the water will be distributed by gravity to the projected network. The hydraulic modeling of the distribution networks was carried out in a computer program taking into account the technical recommendations of the current regulations.
