The objective of the thesis is to establish the minimum quality levels of the natural gas distribution service through the pipeline network, as well as the obligations of the concessionaires that provide the natural gas distribution service through the pipeline network. It is mandatory for the Concessionaires that provide the natural gas distribution service through the pipeline network. The conditions, parameters and indicators are established on which the quality of the natural gas distribution service provided by the concessionaires is evaluated. The control of the quality of the natural gas distribution service through the pipeline network includes the quality of the product, the quality of the supply and the quality of the commercial service. The Quality of the Distribution Service corresponds to the degree to which the conditions of the natural gas distribution service are maintained through the pipeline network and includes the quality of commercial service, the quality of supply and the quality of the product; in accordance with the rules and procedures established by Osinergmin. Natural gas is one of the main sources of energy available to meet the needs and drive many of its activities. The Distribution System is the part of the concession assets that is made up of the city gate regulation stations, the distribution networks, the regulatory stations that are operated by the concessionaire under the terms of the regulations and the contract and connections for regulated consumers whose consumption is less than or equal to 300 m3 / month. Connections for regulated consumers with consumption greater than 300 m3 / month are included which, although they are owned by them, are operated by the concessionaire. Four concessionaires are committed to increasing from almost 700 thousand connections to just over a million by 2021. Today there are two and a half million Peruvians who benefit from this energy at a lower cost.
