Aplicación de la metodología Lean para aumentar la productividad en una tintorería textil

Abstract

La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar el aumento de la productividad implementando herramientas de la metodología Lean Manufacturing en una tintorería textil en el distrito de Lurigancho. La empresa se dedica a teñir telas de tejido de punto a diversos clientes nacionales y también comercializa marcas propias en el emporio comercial de Gamarra. El crecimiento de la empresa fue más rápido que las mejoras ingenieriles que se aplicaron, por lo que acarrea serias deficiencias que impiden un desarrollo integral y sostenible. Hay reprocesos costosos que se deben al factor humano, mecánico, de mantenimiento, incluso afectan la calidad de la materia prima, por eso se ha visto la necesidad de analizar debidamente estas causas y darle soluciones permanentes. Luego de diagnosticar las causas de los problemas y de implementar herramientas de Lean Manufacturing se logró reducir el índice de reprocesos y obtener un aumento de la productividad. También se trataron temas de seguridad y cultura organizacional. Con esto la planta está lista para recibir más pedidos de clientes y obtener mayores ganancias.

The present thesis is aimed at determining the increase of productivity implementing the tools of the Lean Manufacturing’s methodology at a textile dry cleaner at the district of Lurigancho, Lima. The company dedicates to dye knitte fabrics of several national companies and also commercializes its own mark at Gamarra's commercial emporium. The company grown faster than ingenieriles improvements that were applied, so it carries serious deficiencies that impede a comprehensive and sustainable development. There are difficult re-processes that are due to the human, mechanical, maintenance, included factor they affect the quality of the raw material, for that reason the need to analyze these causes properly and to give you permanent solutions has been seen. Right after diagnosing the causes of the problems and of implementing it got Lean Manufacturing's tools to shorten the index of re-processes and getting out an increase of productivity. Also themes had to do with certainty and organizational culture. With this the plant is ready to receive more customers's orders and to obtain bigger profits.
