This current project is directed in order to analyze the implementation of a cold plant with recirculation system of sea water for a fishing quality and the economic profitability of a fish vessel for non-direct human consumption (CHI in Spanish). These vessels with this type of license usually do not have any type of fish conservation in their storages do to fabricate for fish flour. In order to fulfill this goal we are going to have a study model a vessel of 450 cm capacity with license for non-direct fishing human consumption only (anchovy) and to collect fishing information quality TVN and its economic profitability before and after of the implementation of the cold plant, performing a comparative study in order to demonstrate the positive effects. It is studied the industrial fishing sector in Peru and the need of conserve the fish in the storage units of uniquely anchovy vessels respect to the longest distances of navigation in order to find the fish zones and return to discharge them. It is calculated and selected a cold plant with recirculation system of sea water which obtains the conservation and performing of product of better quality which shall be performed a greater rentability.
