Abstract: El presente informe de suficiencia profesional se realizó con la finalidad de dar a conocer el proceso de control de calidad en la producción de geosintéticos, los mecanismos de evaluación de las materias primas y de los productos terminados, y el aseguramiento de la calidad correspondiente que conllevaron al cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas requeridas por los clientes y ejecutados por el área de producción.
La empresa cuenta con una línea de producción de geomembranas y una línea de producción de cordón de extrusión o cordón de soldadura. La línea de producción de geomembranas posee gran versatilidad lo que permite la elaboración de diferentes productos en una misma línea de producción, estos se diferencian unos de otros dependiendo de las especificaciones técnicas requeridas cuyas variables principales son el espesor, textura y propiedades mecánicas. En el caso del cordón de extrusión o cordón de soldadura se produce principalmente de dos tipos dependiendo del tipo de materia prima empleada.
En el presente informe se exponen las diferentes funciones que se ejecutaron como responsable del área de control de calidad las cuales se encuentran enfocadas en la evaluación del cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas, el aseguramiento de la continuidad y estabilidad del proceso productivo a partir del muestreo y monitoreo de variables de control, la evaluación de materias primas, evaluación de performance de los productos terminados, recopilación y tratamiento de resultados de las evaluación de control de calidad y dar conformidad del producto terminado a partir de los resultados obtenidos y el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas o en su defecto establecer medidas correctivas de las propiedades que no cumplan las especificaciones del cliente.
Finalmente, como responsable del laboratorio de control de calidad he tenido la responsabilidad de asegurar los procesos de evaluación y gestión correspondientes.
This professional sufficiency report was carried out to publicize the quality control process in the production of geosynthetics, the evaluation mechanisms of raw materials, finished products and the quality assurance that led to compliance with the technical specifications required by the clients and executed by the production area. The company has a geomembrane production line and an extrusion cord or weld cord production line. The geomembrane production line has great versatility, which allows the elaboration of different products in the same production line, these differ from each other depending on the required technical specifications whose main variables are thickness, texture, and mechanical properties. In the case of extrusion cord or welding cord, it is produced mainly of two types depending of the type of raw material. In this report the different functions that were executed as the person in charge of the quality control area, which are focused on the evaluation of compliance with the technical specifications, the assurance of the continuity and stability of the production process from the sampling and monitoring of control variables, the evaluation of raw materials, evaluation of the performance of the finished products, compilation and treatment of results of the quality control evaluation and to give conformity of the finished product from the results obtained and the fulfillment of the specifications techniques stablish corrective measures for properties that do not accord customer´s specifications. Finally, as the head of quality control laboratory, I have had the responsibility of ensuring the corresponding evaluation and management processes.
