The purpose of this research is to mitigate the environmental impact of the area, by reusing the wastewater treatment plant of the Ancón district, by using dry sludge as a raw material, in the production of ecological bricks, as a building element and ecological architecture; with adequate neutralization that the own mineralogical and physical composition will be optimized, which will predominate in the quality of the final product. This research was based on the method of sustained experimentation, on the scientific method supported by direct observation and laboratory tests, such as the neutralization of residual dry sludge, by dosing the bricks in CaO in the It neutralizes microorganisms. It has been concluded that to stabilize the microbiological parameters of dry sludge, it is leading to a pH of 12. Likewise, that the maximum load and compressive strength of ecological bricks made of dry sludge are above 180 Kg/cm2. Comparing it with the resistance of conventional bricks according to the 070 Masonry standard, which is 140 Kg/cm2; being thus the investigation proposes to foment the use of this type of ecological bricks on the part of the authorities of the national government and the civil society because it is economically cheaper, environmentally more sustainable and constructively more resistant.
