The dynamic soil-structure interaction (IDSE) in seismic analysis and design has been and continues to be postponed by geotechnical and structural designers, mainly because this practice is not entirely representative in relatively firm soils, since in structural analysis it is considers a perfect embedment in the foundation base and therefore undeformable (premise not true) with masses and rigidities concentrated on each level. For this reason, it is recommended to develop IDSE analyzes when designing structures that will be grounded in soft or very soft soils. Due to the relevance of the topic, it can be affirmed that the evaluation of the interaction between the substructure and the soil will consist of finding a system of reactions that, applied simultaneously to the foundation structure and the mass of the soil, produce the same configuration. of differential displacements between the two elements. To achieve this, it will be necessary to rely, on the one hand, on the physical laws that govern the behavior of the soil mass, and on the other hand, in the nominal procedures of structural calculation in the determination of forces and deformations, taking into account the mechanical properties of the material where the foundation structure will be built. Problems that gave rise to the development of this research work, which is based on determining the influence of IDSE on the behavior of foundation slabs by applying the finite difference method, for this purpose, interaction models were used of Winkler and Zeevaert (depending on the geomechanical characteristics of clay and sandy soils), and using the Intersl and Matlab softwares, the contact pressures and the deformations in the plane of union between the ground and the slab were obtained of foundation. Likewise, to contrast the results obtained, the ISE2007 software was used, an analytical tool that develops the soil model for soil-structure interaction in three dimensions, which uses the numerical method of finite elements and complements its actions with the software. SAP2000 to perform the analysis of the superstructure, foundation and foundation soil.
