Drinking water and basic sanitation have become internationally qualified, as a result of the declaration made in 2010 by the United Nations, as Human Rights. This means that it is up to each State (and in its name to each government) to guarantee access to them all the inhabitants of their jurisdiction. Currently, the sewage systems for urban populations used in Peru are designed using Conventional System and Condominium System. It represents a high per capita investment for the Peruvian State to promote the construction of these systems in rural areas and slums areas in Peru. By other hand, the design parameters are based on technical recommendations and specifications stipulated in the basic standards and technical codes to calculate the design flow of the sewer systems. Although it is true, these approaches, the design flow rate is considered a deterministic variable, have been adequate to prevent networks from failing to demand the system beyond its hydraulic capacity. However, it cannot be asserted that these have been designed in an appropriate way, since, they could be over or under-sized by not having statistical records that confirm or deny this assertion. Therefore, this research takes as reference the Sanitary Drainage System designed for the San Francisco de Quilmaná - Cañete, with a population of 241 inhabitants. An integrated sewer system of lower cost is proposed, where the design flow is calculated on the basis of a stochastic model. Series of random processes and statistical techniques have been used, where synthetic series of consumption is generated by identifying the functions of probability distribution that best reproduce consumption over time. These synthetic series are subsequently converted into series of discharges to the sanitation network of domestic appliances. Thus achieving a probability distribution function that reliably reproduces the flow rates circulating through the drain pipes. Once the design flow of the collectors is obtained, the septic tank, sewage network of small diameter and the infiltration trench are designed as a basic condition for the soil to absorb the effluent disposal.
