Determinantes del clima laboral en un escenario de incentivos a la investigación e innovación tecnológica en el Instituto Nacional de Investigación y Capacitación de Telecomunicaciones / INICTEL-UNI, 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación analiza el clima laboral del Instituto Nacional de Investigación y Capacitación en Telecomunicaciones de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería INICTEL-UNI, en el actual contexto de incentivos a la investigación e innovación tecnológica promovidos por el estado peruano. La investigación es de alcance exploratorio. Fue necesario elaborar una encuesta psicométrica que se aplicó a los 130 trabajadores registrados en la planilla de diciembre 2018. El análisis de componentes principales permitió construir una escala multidimensional que, finalmente, concluyó afirmando que en el escenario de incentivos a la investigación e innovación tecnológica los principales factores que explican el clima laboral en INICTEL-UNI son: el liderazgo, Desarrollo Profesional y las Condiciones y Espacio Físico de Trabajo.

This investigation analyzes the labor climate of the National Institute of Telecommunications Research and Training of the of the National University of Engineering (INICTEL – UNI), in the current context of incentives for research and technological innovation promoted by the Peruvian state. The research is exploratory in scope. It was necessary to develop a psychometric survey that was applied to the 130 workers registered on the December 2018 payroll. The principal component analysis allowed the construction of a multidimensional scale that, finally, concluded by stating that in the scenario of incentives for research and technological innovation the main factors that explain the working climate in INICTEL- UNI is: leadership, professional development, and the physical working conditions and space.
