Hotel Tres Estrellas Centro Histórico de Trujillo

Abstract

El proyecto “Hotel Tres Estrellas - Centro Histórico de Trujillo” se ubica en la intersección de los jirones Bolognesi y Francisco Pizarro, frente a la iglesia Santo Domingo y a una cuadra de la Plaza de Armas de Trujillo. La zona de estudio fue determinada por el carácter turístico, propicio en el casco histórico de Trujillo, siendo una de las 3 principales ciudades del Perú, cuenta con un gran flujo de turistas nacionales e internacionales, por lo cual intervenir en esta zona resulta interesante por su cercanía a importantes nodos de desarrollo urbano como los la plaza de armas. La propuesta arquitectónica tiene como objetivo contribuir con el desarrollo del Centro Histórico de Trujillo, proponiendo una arquitectura respetuosa del entorno patrimonial inmediato, que además materializa el pensamiento contemporáneo con métodos constructivos de actualidad.

The project “Three Stars Hotel - Historical Center” of Trujillo is located at the intersection of the Bolognesi and Francisco Pizarro shreds, in front of the Santo Domingo church and one block from the Plaza de Armas of Trujillo. The study area was determined by the tourist character, conducive to the historic center of Trujillo, being one of the 3 main cities of Peru, has a large flow of national and international tourists, that is why intervening in that area is interesting because of its proximity to important urban development nodes such as the main square. The architectural proposal aims to contribute to the development of the Historic Center of Trujillo, proposing an architecture that respects the immediate heritage environment and materializes the contemporary thought with the current construction methods.
