This thesis is basically to use the engineering tools and criteria to guide the URBANOVA project group to obtain LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification in its new mixed-use TORRE DEL PARQUE II building located in Lima, Peru through many sustainable strategies and energy simulation through multidisciplinary design such as mechanical systems, electrical, lighting and automation; once owners and managers have been directed to project an efficient and eco-conscious design of the project, we proceed to compare the energy consumption result of the actual project design against a conventional building to estimate a LEED score due to the savings generated by the author's guided decision-making of this thesis. These decisions greatly impact environmental awareness and energy savings in the medium and long term, as well as the corporate image of the URBANOVA group.
