In this work of professional sufficiency, it is proposed to know the influence of the skill of the operator and the size of the bucket of the shovel with the amount of overloads, aiming to analyze their relationship, through the hypothesis that the overloads increase when the trucks are loaded with higher capacity spoons and also depends on the skill of the operator. It is important to avoid overloads so as not to damage the truck, as Kent Clifton (Viewpoint, 2019) indicates, when overloading a truck, it can cause structural damage, increase fuel consumption, reduce the life of its components, tires, reducing life Useful of the truck spending more money. In the collection of the theory that supports the thesis, the commentary of Tadeuz Golosinski (2012) was compiled, which says that to obtain an optimal load on a truck, the shovel must make between 3 and 5 passes, which depend on the type of loading conditions material, the properties of the material are explained as density and sponge factor which influence the filling of the ladle.
