The Maximum Recovery Efficient (MER), it is the production that allows to reach the maximum technical - economic recovery of a deposit, of conformity with the practices accepted internationally by the industry of the Oil. In this project of thesis, the improvement will appear in achieve the companies operators the maximum recovery efficient (MER) in his operations, by means of a guide of supervision, who is a technically solid document, of easy application for the supervisors, which is the production that allows to reach the maximum technical - economic recovery of a deposit, of conformity with the practices accepted internationally by the industry of the Oil. Additionally, it would hope that the companies’ operators manage to intensify the development of his fields, from supporting in ideal values, the index of restitution of proven reservations, and to increase the factor of recovery of the deposits and reservoirs that operate. Finally achieve a production and maximum efficient recovery of hydrocarbons with ideal and sure operations, minimal environmental impacts, including the increase of proven reservations and the growth of the sector of a responsible way.
