The lack of control of non-conformities in a building project is more common tan one may think, the need to comply with short deadlines may encourage noncompliance with processes that ensure good quality of a product. Thus, this tesis work developed in seven chapters, marks the guidelines for an adequate quality control methodology at the construction site, the control and registration of nonconformities and non-conforming products, the quantification of these and the optimal repair procedures for each case. This research compiles the necessary information for a correct control and monitoring of the repairs of non-conforming products in a building construction site, where the most common defects are the presence of concrete honeycombs, unplumbed or misaligned elements, the appearance of cracks and the generation of cold joints between concrete layers. The observation of their rectification in the field has allowed the determination of labor yield as a basis for the analysis of unit prices of all the activities involved. Once the unit price of each activity has been determined, it has been possible to establish a method of quantification that is much more effective than counting units of non-compliant and repaired elements. This quantification provides important information such as the status of repairs, theoretical cost of non-quality, quantity of personnel necessary for the execution of works or quantity of material to be used. For the development of this research, the necessary data was collected from three building works located in the department of Lima. At the time of this data collection and development of this thesis, two of them were completed and one in the process of execution. With this information and the assistance of a spreadsheet, it was possible to determine the amount of detective elements or non-conforming products, the current daily status and the theoretical cost of the repairs. The spreadsheet was developed using Microsoft Excel and its macro functions, which facilitates the entry and storage of data to obtain the required information
