The management of an Occupational Safety and Health System is a complex and multidisciplinary task; this is due to all the personnel of the organization, from the top management, supervisors, managers, operators even contractor personnel. The construction industry forms a large part of the development of our country, this activity in turn is closely linked to other industries that complement or become involved circumstantially. The specialization in this industry and the circumstances in which they are developed, will legally and morally require the implementation and proper administration of an SGSST; this with the aim of preventing accidents and the losses they demand in this branch. In this sense, this thesis aims to demonstrate substantial improvements in the management of OSH through specific performance indicators. When addressing a Comparative Analysis of the management of each of the six construction projects analyzed, what is intended is to analytically demonstrate the improvements with respect to previous efforts, always focusing on our great objective: to prevent accidents. The performance indicators of the SST Management that will be part of the comparative analysis of this thesis will be of two types: Proactive Indicators and Reactive Indicators. Both obtained the achieved performance of the SGSST; while the proactive ones do it during the development of the management, the results.
