In this research, the implementation of a Mini natural gas liquefaction plant for gas supply in the central part of Peru was developed, due to the problem that exists in this area because it does not have access to natural gas, therefore they make use of fuels more expensive and of greater environmental impact. The departments of Ayacucho, Apurímac, Huancavelica, Junín and Pasco are the ones that constitute this area for this project. The massing of natural gas in this central zone demands greater distribution alternatives, since with the existing technology some overcrowding projects are not feasible for this type of consumers either because of their high cost, infrastructure, geography Of the Territory, among others. The Mini natural gas liquefaction plant to be located in the town of Chilcabamba in the district of Tambillo, Province of Huamanga and Department of Ayacucho, and from there transport liquefied natural gas (LNG) through cryogenic trucks to potential consumers, providing an efficient, clean, cheap and abundant energy alternative for the well-being of the population and the industrial development of the area. The project is framed in the type of proyective research, based on statistical studies to obtain the forecast of the demand and supply of natural gas throughout the project's horizon (2017-2031). For this purpose, data collection techniques and instruments, data from the Osinergmin database and others were used. Likewise, the available reserves (Lot 88), exclusive use for the internal market and the technical feasibility of the existing infrastructure to be used, the bypass pipeline to Ayacucho, belonging to TGP through the (STD-GN), was determined. Finally, it was obtained a Mini plant of type of remote demand that used the technology of the licensor Wartsila with its MiniLNG process, the capacity of this plant is of 0.09 MTPA, which requires an investment of 41.37 MMUSD that recover in 10 years, in addition to a VAN of 7.04 MMUSD and a TIR of 15%.
