The main objective of hydraulic fracturing is to stimulate the reservoir to generate a high conductivity flow medium that connects the formation to the well, thus increasing the production of the oil fields. This work proposes the application in reservoirs of low permeability as is the case of the Talara basin in order to improve the fracture conductivity. Hydraulic fracturing has focused on improving the ability to flow through porous proppant packing. That is, significant efforts have been made towards the goal of increasing the permeability of the proppant packing through the development of fracture fluids that generate less damage to the formation, greater proppant resistance, greater efficiency of the fracture fluid breakers. and also the use of artificial prop.pant. This thesis propases a new method of hydraulic fracturing applied in lot 1 administered by Graña and 'Montero Petrolera, which would improve production levels by creating stable channels of flow within the fracture that combined with the design of the technique , the selection of type of fluid and suitable proppant, would allow to significantly increase the conductivity in the fracture (FCD greater than 10), as a consequence, a low loss of frictional pressure and better fracture cleaning would be generated. Based on the results obtained in lot 1, this new method will be extended to the other lots owned by Graña and Montero Petrolera, which have similar reservoir characteristics.
