Today in our country is coming politics of cure environment mine, it has a passive environment mine register or PAM; also, supervising and controlling the mines operator, politic that permitted assume works; what has caused that we can obtain and allocate an investment budget and resources for our mining environmental remediation works due to an inventory and the selection of the most urgent in its execution due to the danger to human health and controlling the execution of closure measures in the different components that the mining operators have and also the Peruvian State, counting on a chronogram of activities that is currently being executed; and therefore, the need to find alternatives for the remediation of components that have to deal with the presence of acid rock drainage or ARD. The purpose of the present investigation is to offer a system of temporary treatment of the acidic waters of the ARD mine that is necessary in the construction phase, when the civil works of remediation of the environmental mining liabilities are executed. The system can be installed in abandoned places, difficult to access, that do not have electrical energy and with little drainage flow ARD. The characterization of the effluent refers to the pH level and the presence of the types of metal ions; with the result was found the level of pH 5,5, acid and presence of arsenic, cadmium, copper, iron, zinc and manganese that exceed the LMP and with an average of 0,25 l/s. For the alternative of temporary treatment the topographic characteristics of the land are considered, looking for a difference of height and a surface in the form of a platform, near the origin of the drainage. The DAR characteristic and its conditions have a temporary treatment alternative where the use of an aeration and sedimentation zone can be used for the ARD pull.
