This research thesis was developed in a designated area of the National Hydraulic Laboratory (LNH), its objective is to determine the maximum efficiency obtained in the multi-impeller hydraulic ram pump by varying the number of impulsion valves in 1 and 2 valves, the length of feeding in 5m and 7.5m and the volume of the air chamber in 600ml, 1500ml and 3000ml, during the development of hydraulic tests. For the different configurations in the multi-impeller hydraulic ram pump, the pumping rate, the outlet pressure, the loss flow rate and the number of pulsations were quantified. It was determined that the maximum efficiency is when it has a volume of 600ml in the air chamber, a feeding length of 7.5m and 2 impulsion valves, the value of the resulting maximum efficiency being 74.79% with a pump flow equal to 2.66 L / min and outlet pressure 5.49mca, for a feed height of 1.70m. The use of balloons in the air chamber, I avoid in great consideration the condensation of the water present in the air due to the high pressures to which it was subjected. The increase in the number of discharge valves, denoted an increase in the operation point of the hydraulic ram pump (outlet pressure and pumping flow), for the same hydraulic conditions, because it would mean an increase in the hydraulic power of the hydraulic ram pump.
