The present investigation work, has been developed in a business which realize the manufacturing of concrete, cement and aggregates, for obvious commercial security reasons the business has requested don’t be mentioned. The recurring problem of this concrete, cement and aggregates sector type, consist of inefficient and ineffective decision making that have as a consequence high fixed and variable costs, generating decrease in the profit, so conceptual models have been designed as a tool for decision making, whose methodology is based in the Dynamics of Systems (DS). The applied methodology considers, in the identification of different variable types like: level, flow and auxiliary variable that are dependent variables which are immersed in the conceptual models. The result extracted of the scenario models by the behavior graphics, allow us to see the results in a quantitative form, presenting as a result an increase in the profit accumulated for 24 months, for the Oquendo plant of s/ 2, 950,040; Huachipa plant of s/ 10, 971,500; Lurín plant of s/ 9, 506,420; Callao plant of s/ 10, 459,700; Independencia plant of s/ 11, 831,600; Villa el Salvador plant a waste of s/ 15, 300,700; the cement plant a profit of s/ 77,242,800 and behind the sand wash and stone grind a profit of s/ 26, 278,200.
