The constant organizational changes at a social, political, economic and technological level that influence working conditions. Because of this. It has been evidenced in different investigations that the incidence of work conditions and stress are two factors that influence and cause occupational diseases. Psychosocial risks damage the workers health, cause stress and long-term cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, dermatological, endocrinological, musculoskeletal and mental diseases. This is the result of poor working conditions and poor work organization. The constant organizational changes at a social, political, economic and technological level that influence working conditions. As well as evidence in research, which refers to work conditions and stress, these are two factors that influence and causes occupational diseases. At present, the incidence of psychosocial risks in the workers health is more evident. Physical, mental and social well-being determines the motivation of an activity. The company Los Andes Gold SAC is no stranger to this problem, because like other mining companies, it hires personnel from the communities near to the mine. These staff do not have the adequate training to carry out the work and it is very difficult for them to adapt to the operational and safety policies of the mining company. The investigation consisted in the determination of the psychosocial risk factors that influence the labor performance workers of the mining company Los Andes Gold SAC - 2017. For the identification of psychosocial risk factors, the ISTAS 21 V-2 questionnaire was applied. The surveys were elaborated according to the most common psychosocial risks considering the 6 psychosocial dimensions. these are: psychological demands, control over work, insecurity about the future, social support, leadership quality and double presence.
