Elaboración de formato estándar para las liquidaciones de contratos de obra

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene como objetivo general presentar un formato para la liquidación de contrato de obra y, principalmente para sustentar la necesidad de la existencia de un formato estándar para las liquidaciones de contratos de obra. En el primer capítulo se muestra una pequeña introducción de la tesis, mientras que, en el segundo, se brinda el fundamento teórico que usamos para la elaboración de ésta (las leyes, reglamento, decreto supremo, etc), lo cual, es más apreciable en el capítulo tres sobre las liquidaciones públicas para las obras por contrata siendo ésta la que se tratará en la tesis- y apoyados en lo sugerido por el OSCE. El capítulo cuatro y último, es el de mayor importancia –sin desmerecer los otros debido a que gracias a las aplicaciones de las cinco obras liquidadas y su respectivo análisis (donde mencionamos las diferencias encontradas entre la liquidación realizada para la obra y la que nosotros realizamos, así como las razones de estas diferencias), se podrá realizar nuestro objetivo principal que es sustentar la existencia de un formato estándar para las liquidaciones de contratos de obra. Finalmente mencionar que la presente tesis es una aplicación que desarrollamos en nuestra especialidad y, que tiene la meta de aportar al conocimiento de los compañeros de pregrado o interesados en el tema de liquidaciones de contratos de obra.

The general objective of this thesis is to present a format for the settlement of the work contract and, mainly to support the need for a standard format for the settlement of work contracts. In the first chapter a small introduction of the thesis is shown, while in the second, the theoretical foundation that we use for the elaboration of this one (the laws, regulation, supreme decree, etc) is given, which is more appreciable in the chapter three on the public liquidations for the contract works - this being the one that will be treated in the thesis - and supported by the suggested by the OSCE. Chapter four and last, is the most important, without detracting from the others, because thanks to the applications of the five liquidated works and their respective analysis (where we mention the differences found between the settlement made for the work and the one that we make, as well as the reasons for these differences), we can realize our main objective is to support the existence of a standard format for the settlement of work contracts. Finally, mention that this thesis is an application that we develop in our specialty and that has the goal of contributing to the knowledge of the undergraduate colleagues or those interested in the subject of liquidations of work contracts.
